Last month, Gamuda Land and Maxis formed a strategic partnership to appoint the latter as the preferred connectivity and solutions provider to create Malaysia’s first Maxis-delivered fifth-generation (5G) township for Gamuda Cove.
GAMUDA Land’s launch of the first 100 units of the Luxura two and three-storey link villas in the twentyfive.7 township in Kota Kemuning has seen an impressive take-up rate of 80% despite only being opened for sale in June.
“In consideration of the high interest shown towards twentyfive. 7’s developments, Gamuda will open the next phase of properties for registration sooner than planned.
“Luxura was the final phase of landed residences in twentyfive.7 and we are glad to see the high interest in our products, which is why we are bringing forward the launch date of our next link villas range to cater to demand,” said twentyfive.7 general manager Chu Wai Lune.
Gamuda Land’s development principle of mindful master planning had once again proven to be successful at twentyfive.7, said Chu.
“When we plan our towns, we don’t think of only the home but also of the work, shopping, eating, playing, recreation and learning spaces.
“All these need to be thoughtfully planned for a community to thrive,” he said, adding that the property developer’s vision for twentyfive.7 as a vibrant township was taking shape nicely.
Since the launch of the first phase comprising the Lucent Residence superlink and semi-D homes, twentyfive.7 has captivated the hearts of buyers with its unique architectural designs and spacious properties.
“These contributed to increasing interest in the vibrant township. This interest was translated to a good take-up rate of 90% for the superlink homes in the precinct,” he added.
According to Chu, excitement for the township was reignited with the launch of Amber Residence, twentyfive.7’s premier high-rise serviced apartments next to Quayside Mall and within viewing distance of the water features of Aurora Rhythms at Central Lake.
With a modest but still impressive take-up rate of 60%, Amber Residence was planned to include facilities and amenities that cater to modern community living.

With this in mind, Chu said the company integrated The Buzz.ar features into twentyfive.7 comprising The Lake that features Aurora Rhythms; The Loop featuring a 2.3km, pet-friendly jogging and biking trail; and The Field, the township’s football hub fully equipped with a FIFA-sized football field and three futsal courts.
“By activating public spaces like The Buzz.ar, Gamuda Land has created a vibrant community for a vibrant neighbourhood at twentyfive.7,” added Chu.
