For Gamuda Land Purchasers, they will be registered as our GL Friends Loyalty Programme members. For non-buyers or Gamuda Land Purchasers with total accumulated value of GL Property purchased below RM300,000.00, registrants will be registered as our GL Lifestyle Mobile App members
Yes, they do. Previously, members were issued with a physical card to be used for identification purpose. With the GL Lifestyle Mobile App, we are now able to designate an e-card and a unique membership number.
Homeowners will be able to access their Residence Management Services via the app and for non-homeowners will be given a unique identification membership number as part of our loyalty program.
Homeowners can monitor their properties through the app, enjoy privileges, make payments, pre-register your visitors / guests, communicate with Gamuda Land management team, book facilities, call for emergency assistance, receive notifications regarding your community and etc.
Every app user is required to verify their profile in order to get the full access of functions. Without verifying your esteem account, homeowners will not be able to access to list of owned properties and access to the Resident Management Services module such as Facility Booking, Visitor Management and Billing. Non-homeowners will not be able to enjoy the exclusive privileges under our loyalty program for GL Lifestyle Mobile App members.
Click on “Verify My Profile” once you’ve logged in to the main page. You are required to key in your mobile number and an OTP will be sent to your mobile. Key in the OTP and you will then come to “Verify My Profile” page to fill up your NRIC/Passport No and other details to complete the whole verification process.
Click on “Profile” at top left or under the main navigation bar, it will lead you to a page where you are able to view your Loyalty Tier, Card Details, Events, Promotions and Rewards you’ve saved and registered with Gamuda Land.
Click “Resend Code” to obtain another new OTP. Should you don’t receive any OTP, you may contact our customer service line at 018-9801888.
