1. What is GL Friends?
GL Friends is our exclusive loyalty programme exclusively for purchasers of selected Gamuda Land properties as well as GL Lifestyle Mobile app-registered members. As part of our community, you will have access to a world of exclusive rewards, benefits and privileges. It is our way of saying thank you for being our friend.
2. How do I apply to become a GL Friends member?
You will automatically become a GL Friends member upon signing a Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and settlement of the down payment for Gamuda Land properties valued above RM300,000.00. This membership is not applicable for our RSKU and Affordable Housing range for the moment.
3. Would a purchaser who bought a Gamuda Land property through a secondary or sub-sale transaction be eligible to become a GL Friends member?
A secondary or sub-sale purchaser will not be eligible for the membership.
4. How do I determine which tier I am in?
Your GL Friends membership tier is determined by the total accumulated value of your properties purchased from Gamuda Land as at or after January 2000.

5. What are the benefits of becoming a GL Friends member?
- Repeat Purchase Reward – Members are entitled to a 1.5 – 3% rebate for future Gamuda Land property purchases.
- Referral Reward – Members enjoy a 1.5% Referral Reward for every successful purchase referred by them.
- Personalised Service – Dedicated relationship personnel will be designated to assist you on your property ownership journey.
- Unique Experiences – Members will receive special invitations to lifestyle events, as well as pre-launch events with priority to select units before public launches.

6. How do I determine the Repeat Purchase Reward entitlement in the case where two existing Gamuda Land purchasers jointly purchase another Gamuda Land property?
The Repeat Purchase Reward rate will be determined based on the purchaser with the highest accumulated property value.
7. How do I enjoy the Repeat Purchase Reward or Referral Reward as a GL Friends member?
- Fill up and sign up the respective forms, namely the Repeat Purchase form or Referral Reward form, which can be obtained from our relationship personnel. The Referral Reward form must be signed by both the Referrer and Referred Purchaser.
- Return the duly completed form to us within 30 days from the date of offer to purchase the property.
- The SPA for the new property must be executed within 30 days from the date of offer to purchase.
- Pay the first 10% of the total purchase price.
8. Is my GL Friends membership transferable?
The benefits and privileges offered are non-transferable and are only accorded to the registered purchaser.
9. Is my GL Friends membership upgradeable?
Yes, Gamuda Land shall from time to time upgrade the membership (tier) based on the latest total accumulated value of Gamuda Land properties purchased.
10. Are the Repeat Purchase Reward and Referral Reward applicable to all Gamuda Land projects?
The Repeat Purchase Reward and Referral Reward are applicable to selected participating projects. Please connect with your relationship personnel to find out more information on the reward entitlement.
