SUBANG JAYA: Gamuda Cove Experience Gallery opened its doors to the public last Sunday to preview the master plan of one of their latest townships – Gamuda Cove.
Customers were treated to a series of fun family activities such as acrobatic lion dances, a magic show, live band performances and DIY lantern workshops.
The opening was officiated by Gamuda Bhd deputy group managing director Mohammed Rashdan Mohd Yusof and other senior management members.
Dubbed “Nature Sanctuary, Future City,” the 1,530-acre leasehold township with a gross development value (GDV) of RM20bil is located in the south of Klang Valley along the Elite Highway and nearby Cyberjaya.
Gamuda Cove will be divided into a few districts, comprising landed and non-landed residential areas, a central business district, leisure and entertainment, wellness oasis, a 60-acre central park and more.
The first residential phase of Gamuda Cove is targeted to launch in November, offering four types of linked homes with built-up ranging from 1,824 to 2,620 sq ft respectively. Indicative price starts from RM680,000.
