KUALA LUMPUR: Gamuda Land Bhd and Malayan Banking Bhd have teamed up to help more Malaysians own their dream house with the launch of GL H.O.M.E.
GL H.O.M.E., which stands for Gamuda Land Home Ownership Made Easy, offers one-stop tailored solutions to assist buyers navigate through various financing options when buying their dream property.
“Constant innovation is one of the values that we believe in, where we equate innovation to evolution and constantly evolve with the times to improve our products, one of it being GL H.O.M.E,” said Gamuda Land chief executive officer Ngan Chee Meng in a statement yesterday.
“This is one of our proactive and innovative solutions to ease property ownership. We know we need to consistently push our boundaries to ensure the campaign stays relevant to the market and ahead of the curve. Hence, we are pleased to have Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY on board GL H.O.M.E, adding an alternative financial scheme to our existing solutions,” said Ngan.
Maybank Real Estate Ventures managing director Sally Lye said such financing schemes can help address growing home ownership concerns.
“We believe the opportunity to own a home should not be a privilege, but a necessity for all. With the combination of GL H.O.M.E and Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY, buyers do not need to pay a downpayment and no payment is required until the completion of the property.
Buyers would be able to lock in today’s property price for the next five years and secure a 100 per cent loan margin when they are ready to purchase.
Buyers only have to pay three months security deposit and low monthly payments when they move in.
Maybank Islamic’s HouzKEY is applicable to selected residential properties in the Klang Valley that include HighPark Suites in Petaling Jaya, Gamuda Gardens’ first serviced apartments GAIA Residences and its landed homes Joya, Gamuda Cove’s first serviced apartments Maya Bay Residences, twentyfive.7’s first serviced apartments Amber Residence, as well as Horizon Hills’ superlink homes—The Woodland — in Johor Iskandar Puteri.
