Selangor: Gamuda Land, one of Malaysia’s leading property developers, is kick-starting the new year by giving away 2,017 units of complimentary Touch n’ Go cards, preloaded with RM30. These Touch n’ Go cards are only available at the Sungai Buloh MRT station from 2nd February to 5th February 2017.
The Touch n’ Go cards are complimentary for Malaysians aged 20 years old and above on a first come first serve basis, while stock lasts. Commuters at the Sungai Buloh MRT station should look out for Gamuda Land’s booth or catch one of our brand ambassadors at the main exit point of the station.
“Festive seasons such as the Lunar New Year provide a good platform for us to go on ground and interact with the public, spreading some festive cheers around while gaining some valuable feedback from them. In addition, we will also be taking this opportunity to introduce two of our latest developments – Gamuda Gardens and Kundang Estates, which are approximately 10 minutes or an easy drive away from the Sungai Buloh MRT station,” said Ngan Chee Meng, Chief Operating Officer of Gamuda Land.
Gamuda Gardens and Kundang Estates are both located in North Sungai Buloh, within close proximity to the Kuala Lumpur city. To offer convenience for residents, a direct shuttle will be provided from both developments to the Kuang KTM station, which is 1 station away from the Sungai Buloh MRT station, allowing for a seamless connectivity to different parts of the Kuala Lumpur city.
Located at the confluence of LATAR, Guthrie and North-South Expressways, Gamuda Gardens is an 810-acre mixed use development that fuses modern lifestyle with nature living in one satellite township. It features 5 cascading lakes integrated into a 50-acre lush central park with a majestic waterfall and a mixed terrain jogging and cycling trail that envelopes the whole development. The vibrant waterfront Village within the development, which overlooks the waterfall and the lakes, offers cafes, restaurants, retail outlets and modern amenities to meet the lifestyle needs of the communities in and from around Gamuda Gardens. Positioned as a ‘garden where happiness lives’, Gamuda Gardens provides residents with the opportunity to interact closely with Nature and enjoy its rejuvenating beauty.
Its masterplan also includes the development of a city centre with commercial, business and retail hubs to not only support the growing population in the future but to spur the growth of the whole Northern KL area. Residences available in Gamuda Gardens include Lakeside homes, homes by The Park, Hilltop villas as well as affordable homes.
Kundang Estates, on the other hand, is an 89-acre boutique residential development offering modern countryside living. It will house 573 units of double storey link homes surrounded by abundant landscaping and greenery. Built-ups of the homes for the initial phases range from 1,773 sq. ft. to 2,369 sq. ft. Phase 1 of the development comprising 56 units of double storey terraces, which was launched last year, is fully sold.
To promote a close knit community living, Kundang Estates features 4 interconnected parks – Lakeside Gardens, Community Farm, Esplanade and Adventure Parks – each with different features and activities for residents of all ages. Special features in the parks include the Flying Fox, a beautifully landscaped Flower Lane, a uniquely designed extreme bike trail and the Community Farm where residents can grow plants, herbs and vegetables for personal consumption, under the guidance of professionals.
“We have always been committed to delivering well-planned developments underpinned by good locations with excellent connectivity and sustainable environments that balance natural surroundings with extensive amenities to ensure that our buyers enjoy an enhanced quality of life and value appreciation. The opening of the new Sungai Buloh-Kajang MRT line further enhances connectivity at several of our developments. Besides Gamuda Gardens and Kundang Estates, the second phase of the line will also link The Robertson, our development in the city centre, to different parts of KL via the Bukit Bintang MRT station,” Ngan further elaborates.
