PETALING JAYA (July 27): Gamuda Land’s the Luxura 2- and 3-storey link villas at its twentyfive.7 development in Kota Kemuning, Selangor have received good response.
twentyfive.7 is a 257-acre township development. It launched the first 100 units of the villas which make up the final phase of landed homes in the township last month and has garnered an 80% take-up so far.
“In consideration of the high interest shown towards twentyfive.7’s developments, Gamuda Land will be opening registrations for our next batch of link villas.
“Luxura is our final phase of landed residences in twentyfive.7 and we are glad to see the strong interest for our products, resulting in us bringing forward our launch to cater to the demand,” said twentyfive.7 general manager Chu Wai Lune in a recent statement.
There are a total of 317 units in Luxura with five layouts, while the built-ups range from 2,500 sq ft to 3,100 sq ft. The selling price starts from RM1.25 million.
Chu added that the first phase of twentyfive.7 — Lucent Residence, which features a selection of superlink and semidee homes has achieved a take-up of 90% for the superlink homes. Meanwhile, the serviced apartment project The Amber Residence has seen 60% of units taken-up.
Launched in 2017, twentyfive.7 is Gamuda Land’s award-winning RM4.2 billion mixed-use development. It comprises a commercial hub with retail outlets, community spaces, and uniquely designed homes.
The development is connected to KESAS, ELITE and SKVE Highways, linking the township to areas such as Subang Jaya and Klang.
