GAMUDA Land has officially opened The Robertson’s new lifestyle gallery in Jalan Robertson, Kuala Lumpur.
Located in the commercial tower of The Robertson, potential buyers can learn more about the mixed-development when they visit the 95%-completed project.
With a gross development value (GDV) of RM878mil, the development consists of two residential towers and one commercial tower on a 1.21ha freehold land in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, slated for completion in April 2018.
The North Suite and South Suite serviced apartment towers house 793 units, with built-up areas from 527sq ft to 807sq ft for typical units and 1,162sq ft and 1,227sq ft for cabana units, some of which come with a view of KLCC and KL Tower.
Offering one- to three-bedroom layouts, the unfurnished units are priced from RM895,000 while the furnished ones start from RM990,800.
“As a town-maker, we are using the same principle to embark on making a good home at The Robertson amid the bustling city, providing our community with cosy and comfortable homes yet with the means to easily connect to the workplace and conveniences such as shopping, eating, wellness and learning.
“Making it liveable for our community, the architectural design and planning of our developments always promote connectivity among the residents so that they will get to know one another.
“Our aim at The Robertson is to create a vertical community where residents have a strong sense of belonging,” said Gamuda Land chief operating officer Ngan Chee Meng.
Those living at The Robertson will enjoy facilities such as a 50m Olympic-sized swimming pool with infinity edge, pool lounge, rooftop hot tub, sky garden, indoor and outdoor gyms, dance studio, barbecue area and theatre.
The podium deck on the seventh floor will feature a nine-hole putting green with a breathtaking city skyline as the backdrop.
Selected common facilities will be equipped with complimentary WiFi connection.
Residents can take advantage of the concierge service; from arranging daily routines and housekeeping services to organising parties and activities.
Centrally located in the city, the development will also have easy access to public transportation including the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Monorail, Light Rail Transit (LRT) and the upcoming High-Speed Rail (HSR).
Nearby amenities include Suria KLCC, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Berjaya Times Square, The Royal Selangor Golf Club, Pudu Sentral, Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve, Tung Shin Medical Centre, international hotels, dining hotspots and education facilities.
Ngan added that The Robertson had recorded an 80% take-up rate to-date, with majority being young working professionals.
As Gamuda Land’s second high-rise development after Madge Mansions, The Robertson is a building with Green Building Index (GBI) Gold, CONQUAS (for Tower 1) and QLASSIC certifications.
Attached to the residential towers is GM Bukit Bintang, a 10-storey commercial complex, along with 21 shop units.
Gamuda Land currently has about 1,537.8ha of landbank across the country, mostly within the Klang Valley.
The company is set to launch a new township called Gamuda Cove in the South of Klang Valley in the second quarter of 2018.
