OVERVIEW
Gamuda City is one of the largest urban projects in Vietnam, spread over 269ha. Strategically located in the center of Hanoi, just a few minutes away, Gamuda City is surrounded with greenery and the tranquillity of Yen So Park. Within an area of 125ha, including well-maintained landscaped gardens and natural lakes, Yen So Park is considered the largest “green lung” in Hanoi, bringing a fresh living atmosphere for residents who live and work in Gamuda City.
Gamuda City has 4 main subdivisions. These components act as the organs of the Gamuda body, which complete the living function of Gamuda City:
- Yen So Park: The lung of the City, the circulatory of the land, stimulating the flow of nutritions, air and water; carrying lives to every cells of across Gamuda City. One of the largest park in Hanoi with approximately 125ha area and nearly 6000 trees of all kind.
- Gamuda Gardens: Built against the glorious backdrop of the township’s natural land, this residential areas include ecological space with green trees, walkway with lots of outdoor play and recreational hub.
- Gamuda Central: Nestled in the center of Gamuda City and functions like the heart of the city. This is the ideal place for relaxation, recreation and entertainment that nourishes the dynamic activities of Gamuda City.
- Gamuda Lakes: This residential is planned to embrace the concept of urban living and witness human lives go on through generations.
