Gamuda Land plans to launch the first serviced apartments in the RM20 billion Gamuda Cove township by year end or this January. The 1,530-acre Gamuda Cove is located along the North-South Expressway Central Link (Elite), opposite Cyberjaya.

GAMUDA Land has entered into partnership with six parties to liven up its Gamuda Cove township launched in September. The developer announced that a 20ha recreational area called the Discovery Park will become its first tourism and hangout spot within Gamuda Cove.

Gamuda Land envisions that the 50-acre Discovery Park in its 1,530-acre Gamuda Cove will be the next tourism and entertainment hub in the Southern Klang Valley after it begins operations in mid-2019.

KOTA KEMUNING: Gamuda Land Bhd is looking to launch its first serviced apartment project in Gamuda Cove within the next two months. There will be a total of 1000 serviced apartment units, each measuring 650 to 950 sq ft.
