Application Guide

  • Malaysian Citizen aged 21 and above (applicants aged below 40 will be prioritized)
  • Must register with Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Selangor (LPHS)
  • Monthly household income not exceeding RM 15,000.00 (priority given to applicants with household income not exceeding RM 10,000.00 a month
  • Limited to one (1) unit per applicant
  • Do not currently own any other commercial property
  • Applicants are required to check in advance the terms of eligibility of the loan total amount from the financial institution / banks
  • CCRIS/CTOS Statement from Bank Negara Malaysia by applicant* (self & spouse) (COMPULSORY) (3 Months Validity Period of Document Only)
  • Copy of Identity Card for Self & Spouse
  • Copy of marriage certificate / divorce papers / death certificate of spouse (if applicable)
  • Confirmation of Single status by employer (using official letter head by department/company/stamp) OR by Commissioner for Oaths (if self-employed for applicants who are of Single status) (3 Months Validity Period of Document Only)
  • Latest 3 months pay slip for self & spouse
  • Latest EPF statement (including withdrawal statement)
  • Self-employed: Confirmation of self employment by Commissioner for Oaths for self OR spouse & Latest EPF statement as proof of non-contribution
  • Unemployed: Confirmation of unemployment by Commissioner for Oaths & Latest EPF statement as proof of non-contribution
  • Retired: Copy of retirement card and pension statement for self OR spouse
  • Other sources of Income: Statement / voucher / payment receipts OR confirmation of other sources of income by Commissioner for Oaths
  • Please submit a copy of the Sale And Purchase Agreement (SPA) and a copy of the Loan Agreement for the applicant / spouse who already owns the house.
  • Proof of House Purchase Agreement (if any)
