1. This voucher/promo code can be used on JOCOM App or www.jocom.my only.

2. This voucher/promo code is valid for New & Existing JOCOM Users only.

3. Users will be entitled to a RM35 rebate with a minimum purchase of RM300 (excluding shipping charges) with the code “GLPD35”.

4. The voucher/promo code is valid from 25th to 29th of each month, from Feb 2023 to Jan 2024.

5. This voucher/promo code is only valid for FIVE (5) times redemption in a single order per month, per JOCOM registered user.

6. Promo codes are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Only ONE (1) voucher/promo code may be used in a single transaction.

11. Voucher/promo code cannot be refunded, redeemed or exchanged for cash. In any event, the paid product(s) is found out of stock, damaged defective or faulty, the amount paid including delivery charges will only be allowed to EXCHANGE policy with the same value product(s) within 7 days from the date of the product(s) received, the excessive amount from the exchange will be paid by the customer.

12. Jocom reserves the right to cancel or modify orders, or revoke the use of voucher/promo codes, where the vouchers/promo codes are used in the following circumstances:

- Suspicious or fraudulent use;

- Voucher/promo code abuse, including vouchers/promo codes, redeemed using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers (same contact number, same address, or same email ); and/or

- Vouchers/promo codes used in bad faith.
